INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY OF AIR CONDITIONING

I. THE NEEDS OF SERVICES OF THE PAMTHA (REGIONAL UNIT OF EVROS)

It is announced that the Region of Eastern Macedonia Thrace (Directorate for Development of the Regional Unit of Evros) will accept financial bids, with the award criterion being the lowest price, for the supply - installation of a wall air conditioner, for the needs of the Directorate for Development of the Regional Unit of Evros.

The characteristics are described in the attached financial offer form, which interested parties should complete and submit (in person/by post/by fax/by e-mail) by Thursday 3-12-2015 at 14.00 p.m. to the Secretarial Support Department of the Development Directorate of PAMTH (Regional Unit of Evros) , Postal Address: Karaoli and Dimitriou 40, 68132 Alexandroupoli, 1st floor, 5th office, Telephone: 25513-50509, fax: 25513-50526, e-mail: anaptixi.evrou@pamth.gov.gr.

The expenditure, of an indicative budget, of one thousand two hundred euros (1.200,00€) including VAT, will be borne by the Special Body and KAE 4351.1712.0001 for the year 2015.

The prices offered should include VAT.

The price should include all materials and components that will be required for the installation and operation of the air conditioner, as well as the dismantling of the damaged one.

Failure to comply with the requirements stated in the financial offer form is grounds for rejection and the contract will be awarded to the bidder with the next lowest price.

This invitation will be posted on the website of the Regional Unit of Evros www.peevrou.eu.
