Please submit to us the financial offer of your 5* Hotel for the accommodation of executives at the "International Summer Regatta Alexandroupolis in co-organization with the Alexandroupolis Nautical Club", which will take place from 24 to 29 July 2017 in Alexandroupolis.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR STAFF ACCOMMODATION FOR THE 9th NOA Regatta Alexandroupolis 2017

– Period of stay: Arrival 24/7/2017 – Departure 29/7/2017

– Accommodation in a 5-star hotel with breakfast provided

– Accommodation of the International judges and Committee members in 12 single rooms and 1 double room.

The prices offered must also include the applicable VAT. The most advantageous offer will be preferred.

Bids must be submitted by Monday, July 10, 2017 at 09:00 . No bids will be accepted after this date and time.
