SUBJECT: Call for expressions of interest for musical coverage for the action "22nd PANHELLENIC FESTIVAL OF TRADITIONAL DANCES AND SONGS 6-9 July 2017"

Please submit your orchestra's financial offer for the musical coverage of the event "22nd PANHELLENIC FESTIVAL OF TRADITIONAL DANCES AND SONGS 6-9 July 2017", which will take place in Anthia - Municipality of Alexandroupolis in co-organization with the Cultural and Educational Association of Anthia Aristeinou 'SPARTAKOS' on 6-9 July 2017.

The requirements are that the musicians know Thracian songs and participate in the Festival on Saturday, July 8, 2017.

The prices offered must also include the applicable VAT. The most advantageous offer will be preferred.

Bids must be submitted by Monday, July 3, 2017 at 08:00 . No bids will be accepted after this date and time.
