for the year 2016 for the Evros Regional Municipality
THE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE OF PAMT
Taking into consideration:
1. The provisions of Law 3852/2010 “New architecture of Local Government and Decentralized Administration – Kallikratis Program”
2. Presidential Decree 144/2010 "Organization of the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace" published in the Official Gazette 237/Α΄/ 27-12-2010.
3. The provisions of article 2, paragraph 4, paragraph 9 of Law 3861/2010 “Clarity Program”
4. The provisions of Law 4264/14 as amended and in force by Law 4315/14
5. Document No. K1-1936/2015 of the Secretary General of Commerce and Consumer Protection on clarifications on the operation of outdoor street and stationary trade and farmers' markets
6. The decision of the Regional Governor No. DD 5319/2014 on authorizing signatures to the Directors of the Regional Offices
7. No. OIK.186/23-03-2016 decision of the Regional Governor of AMTH on the granting of new outdoor street trading permits for the year 2016 and the definition of the fee paid per permit
8. Decision No. 45/2016 of the Municipal Council of Orestiada (recommendation for 16 permits)
9. Decision No. 7/2016 of the Municipal Council of Soufli (recommendation for 2 permits)
10. The fact that the remaining Municipalities of the Evros Regional Authority did not propose a number of outdoor street trading permits
