TYPES AND QUANTITIES: As defined in the tables of the Declaration.

TOTAL BUDGETED EXPENSE: 362.173,25 Euros including VAT 23%-HEATING OIL

BUDGETED EXPENDITURE EXCLUDING VAT: 294.449,78 Euros.

Relevant Commitment Decisions: No. 1791/76/27-03-2015 (ADA: 6D6Φ465ΦΘ5-ΥΜΓ) Commitment Decision and no. 35/02/13-01-2015 decision of the Board of Directors of OAED, and no. B5344/20-04-2015 (ADA: 7ΖΑΕ46ΨΖΥ1-ΠΡ9) commitment decision and no. 76/7/02-04-2015 decision of the Senate of the Democritus University of Thrace

CONTRACT DURATION: From 01-01-2016 until 31-12-2016.

PARTICIPATION GUARANTEE: Candidates are required to submit, together with their offer in the main envelope, a Participation Guarantee in the tender (2% of the budget of the items under procurement for which they will submit a bid, excluding VAT), with a validity period of one (1) month in addition to the expiry date of the offers, i.e. for seven (7) calendar months.

The tender will be held using the platform of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS) through the system's web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr, after a period of 45 days from the date of electronic sending of the notice to the Office for Official Publications of the European Communities, in accordance with the provisions of article 32 (paragraphs 2, 5 and 6) of Presidential Decree No. 60/2007 (Government Gazette 64 A'/16.03.2007).

The offers will be submitted by the economic operators electronically, through the E.S.I.D.I.S.'s web portal www.promitheus.gov.gr until the closing date and time specified in this announcement, that is, until 27-07-2015 , Monday, at 11.00 a.m. in the Greek language, in an electronic file , in accordance with the provisions of Law 4155/13 (Government Gazette/A/29-5-2013), Article 11 of Decision No. Π1/2390/16-10-2013 (AD: ΒΛΛΥΦ-6Φ1) of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness regarding the "Technical details and operating procedures of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (E.S.I.D.S.)" (Government Gazette 2677 Β΄/ 21.10.2013), Presidential Decree 60/2007 and supplementary to Presidential Decree 118/2007

Bids submitted electronically after the specified time and day will be considered late.

The electronic unsealing of the tenders takes place four working days after the deadline for submission of tenders, namely on Friday, 31-07-2015 at 11.00 am through the competent bodies certified in the system of the Contracting Authority, otherwise applying the provisions in force for the award of public contracts and procedures, at the office of the Department of Commerce and Tourism of the Development Directorate of the Evros Regional Authority, Karaoli and Dimitriou 40,68100, XNUMX Alexandroupoli.
