SUMMARY OF ANNOUNCEMENT 09/2013

It is announced that the P.A.M.T. (Evros Regional Office) on behalf of the Historical Museum of Alexandroupolis announces a preliminary tender based on the criterion of the "most economically advantageous offer" for subproject 3 "Digitization of collections of the Historical Museum of Alexandroupolis" of the operation "UPGRADE AND PROMOTION OF THE HISTORICAL MUSEUM OF ALEXANDROUPOLIS" with code MIS 423505 of the "Operational Program MACEDONIA - THRACE 2007-2013", which is co-financed at a rate of 85% by the European Regional Development Fund and 15% by National Resources, indicative budget fifteen thousand five hundred euros (15.500,00€) excluding VAT. i.e. a total of nineteen thousand sixty-five euros (19.065,00€) including VAT.

The competition will take place on 2/7/2013, Tuesday, at 10.00 a.m. in Alexandroupoli, Karaoli & Dimitriou 40, on the 4th floor, 5th office, Procurement Department of the Administrative - Financial Directorate of the P.A.M.T. (Evros Regional Office).

The contract will be covered by the legislative framework that regulates Public Contracts for the provision of Services and Goods [Law 2286 (Government Gazette/A/1995) and Presidential Decree 118 (Government Gazette 150/A/2007)].
