SUMMARY OF ANNOUNCEMENT OF PUBLIC REGULAR OPEN TENDER

For the assignment of the cleaning of the premises of the Services of the Region of Eastern Macedonia Thrace (Regional Unit of Evros), with a total budget of €140.000,00 including VAT. The provision of cleaning services will cover a period of twelve (12) months from the signing of the contract.

3. Type of contract: Provision of cleaning services for the areas of the Services of the Region of Eastern Macedonia Thrace (Regional Unit of Evros).

The contract will be awarded through a public open tender process with the lowest price award criterion.

5. Title and Description of the supply

Provision of a service for the cleaning of the premises of the Services of the Region of Eastern Macedonia - Thrace (Regional Unit of Evros),

6. Contract duration

For a period of twelve (12) months from the signing of the contract.

7. Contract budget

The budget amounts to One Hundred Forty Thousand Euros (€140.000,00) including VAT.

The contractor's payment will be made in accordance with the tender document.

8. Availability of tender documents

9. Time, place and language of submission of tenders.

a) The deadline for submitting bids expires on 2-5-2012 at 14.00:XNUMX p.m. Otherwise, they will not be taken into account and will be returned.

b) The place of submission of tenders is the headquarters of the Administrative - Financial Procurement Department of the Region of Eastern Macedonia-Thrace (Regional Unit of Evros), 40 Karaoli & Dimitriou, P.C.: 68100 Alex/polis.

c) Tenders are submitted in one original and one copy (optional).

d) The language of preparation of the tenders is Greek.

10. Date, time, place of opening of bids

The opening of the bids will take place on 3-5-2012, Thursday at 10.00 a.m. at the Administrative-Finance Department of the Region of Eastern Macedonia-Thrace (Regional Unit of Evros), Karaoli & Dimitriou 40, P.C.: 68100 Alex/polis.

11. Right to Participate.

The right to participate in the competition is open to Greek citizens, foreigners, domestic or foreign Legal Entities, Cooperatives, Suppliers' Associations that submit a joint bid and are related to the subject of the competition.

The following are not accepted into the process and are classified as inadmissible participants:

1. Those who were finally excluded from tenders for public procurement by decision of the General Secretariat of Commerce of the Ministry of Development.

2. Those who lost the right to participate in public tenders by decision of another Public Service or Public Legal Entity, Public Legal Entity or Public Sector SA because they did not fulfill their contractual obligations.

3. Any natural or legal persons abroad who have suffered sanctions corresponding to the above.

4. Associations of persons, in the event that any of the exclusion conditions of this paragraph applies to at least one of its members.

5. Any candidate who has been convicted of a final conviction for the offenses referred to in article six of Presidential Decree 118/2007

12. Alternative offers

Alternative offers or counteroffers are not accepted.

13. Timetable for implementation of the service provision

The duration of the implementation of the service provision is defined by the signing of the Contract for a period of twelve (12) months.

14. Participation guarantees

Each offer of those participating in the competition must be accompanied by a Participation Guarantee Letter, the amount of which must cover in EURO (€) 5% of its budgeted value (including VAT), namely: €7.000,00, under penalty of exclusion.

15. Validity of offers.

The offers are valid and bind the bidders for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of the competition.

16. Legislative coverage of the assignment contract.

The contract will be covered by the legislative framework regulating Public Contracts for the provision of Services and Goods.
