The permitted positions as well as the vacant positions available in each Municipal community are displayed, which are determined based on the population of the community. The population data is based on the 2021 census, which has been published in the Official Gazette 2802/Β΄/26-04-2023 ( see here )

CLARIFICATIONS

For the granting of a license to establish a pharmacy, the provisions of article 30 of Law 4272/2014 (A' 145), of Law 1963/1991, of Presidential Decree 64/2018 (A' 124), of article 29 of Law 4715/1-8-2020 (Government Gazette 149/A', of Law 4509/17 article 64, of Law 4999/225 A'/2022 article 50) and any other provision relating to the granting of a license to establish a pharmacy shall apply.
Applications are assessed as a whole (based on the complete file) without taking into account the chronological order of submission of the applications.
The vacancies concern existing positions as of 31-12-2025 and for applications submitted from 01-02-2026 to 15-02-2026.
