SUBJECT: Invitation to the 11th regular meeting of the year 2012.

 

Please attend the regular meeting of the Economic Committee of the Eastern Macedonia - Thrace Region, which will be held on Monday, April 9, 4 at 2012:15.00 p.m. in the conference room of the Branch of the Regional Unit of Rodopi, 1st floor, Dimokratias Ave. 1, Komotini.

The agenda items are as follows:

1. Recommendation for the establishment of a Committee to conduct a public tender for the award of the project "Development of quality access networks for the creation of a common future" sub-project "Northeastern Bypass of Nevrokopi" with a budget of €8.400.000.
(Rapporteur of the above topic A. Paraschou) (PAMTH).

2. Proposal for the approval of the payment of the 2nd and final payment order for the contract "Urgent work to replace the LPG installations with oil in the boiler rooms of the Komotini Police Academy". (Rapporteur of the above issue is T. Exarchou) (PAMTH).

3. Recommendation for the approval of Minute No. 2, conducting a repeated tender for the supply of stationery items for the services of the P.A.M.T.-P.E. of Evros - Announcement 01/2012.

4. Recommendation for the approval of the assignment of maintenance work for air conditioning services of PAMT (Regional Unit of Evros)

5. Recommendation for the approval of the direct award with the receipt of three bids for the project "Supply of aggregates for the improvement of the passability of the access road to the Evros River DELTA".

6. Proposal for the approval of the terms of the announcement and formation of a tender committee for the project: “Repair of the building of the Directorate of Agricultural Economy and Veterinary Medicine of Orestiada”. (Rapporteur of the above issues A. Psarras) (Evros Regional Council).

7. Proposal for the approval of the 3rd Comparative Table and conclusion of the 2nd Contract for Supplementary Works of the study "Paradimi Bypass Study". (Rapporteur of the above topic K. Dernektsis) (P.E. Rodopi)

8. Recommendation for the approval of a practical competition for the project: "Regular Maintenance of the Road Network of the Xanthi Municipality for the year 2011".

9. Proposal for the approval of a) the method of selecting a contractor b) the announcement of an open tender and the summary of the announcement c) the establishment of a tender committee for the project: "Replacement of weak and strong current wiring of the Administrative Building and maintenance
of all E/M installations" budget €24.0000,00 including VAT (Rapporteur of the above topic A. Karathanasi) (Xanthi Regional Council).

10. Proposal for the approval of the conclusion of a Supplementary Contract with an increase in the total contractual financial scope of the project: "Multi-purpose room at the Theologos Thasos primary school" (Rapporteur of the above topic Th. Karavas) (P.E. of Kavala)

11. Proposal for the approval of the negotiation procedure without publication of a notice for the project <<cleaning of the premises of the Administrative Office, the Tobacco Organization, the General Directorate of the A. of Thassos and Chrysoupoli and the Rural Veterinary Hospital of Kavala, Chrysoupoli and Thassos, and the Kavala Motor Vehicle Inspection Service», as well as approval of the formation of committees for the evaluation of results and objections. 12. Proposal for the approval of the minutes of the committee for conducting a public lottery and the terms of the open tender for the supply of stationery and photocopying paper for the Drama Regional Office for the year 2012.

13. Proposal for the approval of the terms of the preliminary tender for the conclusion of a contract for the execution of a project for the maintenance of elevators in the building of the Drama Administrative Office of the Drama Regional Government and the formation of a tender committee. 14. Proposal for the approval of the joint organization of PAMT with the Alexandroupolis Gymnastics Athletic Club of the “Tri-International Gymnastics Meeting”. (Rapporteur of the above topic Th. Mylonas) (P.E. Evros).

15. Proposal for the approval of the co-organization of the PAMT with the Doxa Stavroupoli Athletic Club of the Annual Cycling Festival - 1st RODOPI-NESTOS OPEN BIKE FESTIVAL. (Rapporteur of the above topic D. Mourgou) (Xanthi Regional Council).

16. Proposal for the approval of the joint organization of PAMT with the Environmental Movement of Thassos of a Thassos Cycling Day.

17. Proposal for the approval of the co-organization of a Football Tournament by PAMT with the Kavala Football Clubs Association on 28 and 29 April 2012.

18. Proposal for the approval of the co-organization of the PAMT with the Keravnos Krinidon association of the cultural events "Philippia 2012" from 17-19 April 2012.

19. Proposal for the approval of the co-organization of PAMT with the Cultural Association of Old Kavala in collaboration with 18 other associations of the Wood Water Wild Festival from 1-3 June 2012. (Speaker of the above topics S. Rapti) (P.E. Kavala).

20. Proposal for the approval of the co-organization of PAMT with the Cultural, Folklore, Educational, Beautification and Women's Association of Gratini at the event they will hold on April 19, 2012. (Rapporteur of the above topic is F. Melegos) (P.E. Rodopi)

21. Proposal for the approval of travel of the Regional Governor and Deputy Regional Governors of PAMT.

22. Motion for the approval of Minutes 10 of the previous meeting.
